Human Resources · Workforce Strategy · HR Technology

I am an MBA graduate in Human Resource Management with hands-on experience across multinational companies, consultancies and international clubs. My work covers HR operations, recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, HR systems coordination and research.

I began my career in Nepal and now work as HR and Admin Officer in Doha, Qatar, so I understand both workplaces and the people who move between them. I enjoy the practical side of HR: clean records, clear processes, fair policies and training people actually use.

I also lead and volunteer: I have served as Vice President of two Rotaract clubs, as Secretary of a research and publication club, and in other community roles.

How I think about work

  • People deserve dignity, fairness, and respect.
  • Reliable systems make effective work easier.
  • Data should support sound decisions rather than replace judgment.
  • Learning should lead to practical improvement.
  • Technology should solve meaningful problems.
  • Good leadership combines accountability with empathy.
